We have big news!
Rampeèr is the first craft beer of Val di Fassa, created here in our brand-new brewery, Hotel Alpi is the first brew-hotel within the Trentino region. The whole brewing process is attentively executed by us, with the hope of offering our guests a unique beer experience, produced naturally and served fresh without being pasteurized or filtered. We apply the same enthusiasm in presenting our guests with an interesting choice of cocktails, wines and spirits and our kitchen is open daily for both lunch and dinner.
